For almost 20 years I have advised businesses in all kinds of employment law queries. With time and experience, it has become natural for me not only to advise on the legal issues but also on the more practical and sometimes social aspects.

In addition to general employment law questions which arise in relation to employees as part of the daily operations of the business, I have – over the years – been particularly involved with designing and drawing up incentive programmes, transfer of undertakings, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses as well as being involved in equal treatment and non-discriminatory issues.

I am also happy to work with executive management cases, i.e. cases where I as the lawyer for the CEO advise on or negotiate terms of employment or severance terms with the overall aim to achieve a balanced solution.

The equal treatment area has received additional focus since 2009, when I was appointed a member of the Danish Board of Equal Treatment by the Minister for Employment.
